Your confirmation email will serve as an invoice indicating the amount owed to complete your registration. Please note that registrations must be paid in full no later than May 24, 2019. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail to the LeadingAge Virginia Conference Registrar at Substitutions are strongly encouraged. If you’re unable to attend and can send someone in your place, please send an e-mail to, including the original attendee’s name and organization, and the name, title, e-mail address, and phone number of the substitute attendee no later than May 24, 2019. After this date, all registration substitutions must be processed onsite at the Conference Registration Desk. If the substitution results in higher registration rates, the balance is due at the time of onsite registration. No refunds or credits will be issued on substitutions.

Cancellations received in writing by May 24, 2019 will receive a full credit towards a future educational program, excluding the 2020 Leadership Retreat or the 2020 Annual Conference and Expo, less a $150.00 administrative processing fee. Credits expire 12 months after the issue date. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after May 24, 2019 or for no-shows at the conference.

Modifications and/or additions to educational sessions or conference events can only be made by the Conference Registrar. If you wish to change your session choices or attendance status for an event, please send an email to the LeadingAge Virginia Conference Registrar at including your name, organization, and specific information on the change(s) you are requesting.
