WISE KIDS PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Please complete a separate registration form for each child being registered.  Program will begin 15 minutes prior to morning session and end 15 minutes after last session each evening.  Fee includes materials, tote and daily snacks and Saturday dinner.

The Wise Traditions Conference is pleased to be able to provide child care again for this year’s meeting. Children 3 – 12 who are potty trained are welcome to Wise Traditions 2018 as long as they are enrolled in our kids program. For the sake of other conference attendees, we ask that parents refrain from bringing children to the conference sessions. 

Wise Kids Program (3 - 12)  Child must be potty trained to attend this program. 

$250 for Friday - Sunday, includes conference meals Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch. Does not include Saturday banquet, but a meal will be provided in the room.

$150 for Friday - Sunday, does not include meals
