If you are looking for a less expensive option than the conference hotels, there are two of us (women) that roomed together in an air bnb last year that are looking for women to share an air bnb (probably a house) during the conference this year. We do not have the details worked out yet but trying to find others who may be interested. If interested, please reply with your name, state, and transportation plans. We will need to work out transportation to and from the convention center and the air bnb. Last year two of us had vehicles and we shared the parking costs at the conference center.

I have rented a 1-bedroom condo for Wednesday through Sunday night, check out is Monday morning. It sleeps 5 people, two queen sized beds in the bedroom and one on the couch. Hi Ladies, I have a room booked with double beds at the Renaissance for Thursday 24th through Sunday night 27th.
I have been coming since 2005 and have only missed two meetings- always a blast and fun to hook up with other like minded women.
I will bring a blow up bed, and prefer to keep it cool at night. And please refrain from synthetic fragrances, mild essential oils should be ok. Thank you for your help with that!

Well that snuck up on me! .... the conference is fast approaching so a late announcement  . Looking to share a room at the Renaissance Orlando ... I have a room booked arriving Wed the 23rd and check out on Tuesday the 29th so I can attend the chapter leader`s meeting as well as the farm tour. Hi, my mum and I are chapter leaders visiting from England. Mum is a chapter leader and has put on three WAP events in London and I am currently training as a birth attendant. We have booked a room at the Renaissance hotel from October 24th till 28th. The room has two queen beds. We are happy too share with two people if sharing a queen bed is not an issue. The cost of the room is $900 we would ask for $200 per person or $350 if only one person wanted to share the room (meaning they would get a queen bed to them selves).
